A decade in real estate and the intimate local knowledge that comes from having first moved to Hervey Bay in the early ‘90s has given Sally Van Den Heuvel an edge when it comes to negotiating real estate in this idyllic part of the Fraser Coast.

After a brief absence Sally returned four years ago with husband Dirk to Hervey Bay, picking up old friendships and settling in to build a new business partnership together.

An accomplished sportswoman, Sally devoted much of her early years in Hervey Bay to equestrian activities, competing in dressage at FEI Intermediate level. Her dressage skills and involvement in inter-city tennis contributed to her once being named Hervey Bay Sportsperson of the Year.
Sally’s boundless energy is now directed firmly towards building a real estate agency with husband and business partner, Dirk, that reflects the values that she most prizes – honesty and integrity – qualities that she feels are too often absent.

Having worked in retail, office administration and real estate, Sally’s clients benefit from her deep knowledge of the property market and close local network. She is a firm believer in the value of good communication between agent, client and customer, preferring to build real and solid relationships through face to face contact.
